P5-C12 Diamond Blade

The P5-C12 Diamond Blade has been developed with a deep understanding of the aggregates used in British concrete and building materials. Designed for durability and fast cutting, this blade delivers excellent performance and long life, even when cutting through harder flint concrete.

The P5-C12 is the bigger brother of the P4-C, using the same high-quality diamonds and bond system but featuring a taller 12mm segment for extended lifespan and improved durability.

Diamond Blade Tips:

• Ensure the blade is suitable for the material before cutting
• Guide the blade straight into the material
• Avoid unnecessary pressure – the weight of the machine is sufficient
• Use a slight forward and backward pendulum movement while cutting
• If cutting speed reduces, re-sharpen (dress) the diamond segments by making several passes into a highly abrasive material such as 3-Newton concrete or a cinder (breeze) block
