PIR Full Fill Cavity Wall Insulation Boards

These specialist high-performance insulation boards are designed for use in cavity wall applications with a nominal cavity of 10mm. Ideal for improving the thermal efficiency of both commercial and residential buildings, the boards consist of a polyisocyanurate (PIR) core with low emissivity foil facings on both sides to enhance thermal conductivity.

Each board is manufactured with tongue and groove edges to ensure tight interlocking during installation, minimizing thermal bridging and improving airtightness. The boards measure 1200mm x 450mm (including joints). With a low thermal conductivity of just 0.022 W/m?K, they provide long-lasting thermal performance when correctly installed.

These cavity wall insulation boards are lightweight, tough, slightly flexible, and easy to cut and handle?making them ideal for both new builds and refurbishment projects.
