Torch-On Black Mineral Felt – Durable Waterproofing for Flat Roofs

Torch-On Black Mineral Felt is a high-performance, bitumen-based cap sheet designed for use as the final layer in a built-up flat roofing system. Reinforced with a robust polyester or glass fibre core, it is coated with modified bitumen and finished with black mineral granules to provide excellent UV protection and long-term durability.

Supplied in a 1m x 8m roll (8m coverage), this membrane is installed using a propane gas torch, securely bonding to the underlay or base layer beneath. Once applied, it forms a seamless, watertight surface, making it ideal for garages, extensions, outbuildings, and other non-habitable flat roof structures.
