A high-performance, flexible acrylic sealant that expands in the event of fire to provide a durable, intumescent barrier against smoke and flames. Also functions as an effective acoustic sealant for interior construction joints.

Typical Uses:

Specially designed to form an intumescent and acoustic barrier in interior construction applications. Suitable for:

• Sealing linear joints in floors, ceilings, partition walls, drylining systems, plasterboard, and suspended ceilings
• Penetration seals around steel and copper pipes passing through plasterboard
• Use with fire-resistant paint (can be overpainted within 1 hour)

Note: Fire resistance up to 4 hours depends on joint design, sealant depth, and substrates used.
